Levin Golf Club Men's Crighton ITM Classic 2017

Men’s Crighton ITM Classic.

It took a sudden death play -off to decide the Gross winner of this event. Played at Levin Golf club a clutch 10-foot uphill putt saw Adrian Burns beat Shaun Milled into second place. Great to have this sort of finish as the clubhouse empties out and becomes the gallery for such a tight finish. Good to watch.

Xmas Cheer was a wonderful day on a course that is in such great condition after a terrible wet winter. Bob Eadie won division two, Diane Dunlop the Women’s and David Giddens division one.

New Club Captain for 2018. Outgoing Captain Diane Dunlop at the end of December will hand over the reins to incoming Captain Ian King.

At the staff Christmas wind up President Alan Kearns presented Peter Bull Greens Superintendent with a certificate congratulating him of 35 continuous years in service in charge at Levin Golf Club. As well the Club wishes to recognise Peter’s wife Suzie who has shown wonderful patience and support all this time whilst Peter has been in charge.
